NTT Communications (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NTT Com Thai, headquartered in Bangkok, President Manabu Kahara) and IT Holdings Group's INTEC SYSTEMS BANGKOK CO., LTD. (ISB, headquartered in Bangkok, President and CEO Takeshi Kusaka) have signed a partner agreement on A.S.I.A., a global ERP provided by Toyo Business Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (B-EN-G Thai, headquartered in Bangkok, Managing Director Ken Kitai). At the same time, we announced the three companies' joint launch in Thailand of the accounting cloud service A.S.I.A. GP, based on the global cloud service "Enterprise Cloud" delivered by NTT Communications and incorporating the helpdesk services offered by ISB.
In Thailand, Japanese companies are continuing to expand in both the manufacturing industry and service industry. Medium-sized enterprises in particular are increasing, but the ever-changing business environment and intensifying competition within the market make it more and more important to understand the business reality for overseas subsidiaries. In these circumstances, the needs these companies face are deploying a Japanese language accounting system tailored to Thailand's tax laws and business environment, launching and utilizing the system quickly, and obtaining the same level of operational support as in Japan in terms of security and compliance.
These three companies are therefore offering an accounting cloud service that meets all these needs in one package that puts A.S.I.A., already installed by B-EN-G Thai in about 80 companies in Thailand, on a cloud platform operated and marketed by NTT Com Thai at its data center in Thailand, with installation support and maintenance from ISB, which has a strong past record in A.S.I.A. installation services. The service will be marketed by NTT Com Thai, ISB and B-EN-G Thai with a target of 100 installations within three years in mainly Japanese companies expanding in Thailand.
