April 2021 - SINGAPORE：Business Engineering Corporation (B-EN-G, headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Masakazu Haneda) would like to announce that B-EN-G and its local subsidiary in Singapore, Toyo Business Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd. (BSG, Singapore, Managing Director Motoshi Yamashita), have launched a one-stop software solution for Accounting and Human Resource Management (HRM) to strengthen the support for corporate administrative operations, with the compact accounting and ERP package "mcframe GA", in collaboration with AG Net Pte. Ltd. (AG Net, Singapore, Managing Director Steve Koh), a Cloud-based HRM software solutions provider (SaaS) "AGHRM" in Singapore and Thailand.

Aims of This Collaboration
COVID-19 has led to an increase in telecommuting-based work arrangements even in administrative departments, where telework was difficult at the beginning of the spread of the infection, and an increasing number of companies are facing issues such as inefficient employee labor management and accounting processing. As a solution, the use of the Cloud services for data entry and reference has proven to be effective. In addition, the benefits of efficient system integration can be maximized. Hence, B-EN-G and AG Net have decided to link their respective system products, B-EN-G's mcframe GA, a compact accounting and ERP package, and AG Net's AGHRM, a Cloud-based Human Resource Management Software System & Payroll service, and provide them together as a one-stop solution at a low cost. This will improve the efficiency of overall administrative operations and strengthen support for new forms of corporate management during the Post-COVID era.

Benefits of using this one-stop Software Solution
We have developed a data linkage function between Cloud-based AGHRM and mcframe GA (mcframe GA and AGHRM are also available for on-premise installation). This makes it possible to link payroll and expense reimbursement data processed in AGHRM to mcframe GA as accounting journal entries. By taking advantage of the characteristics of the Cloud-based services, it is possible to conduct business regardless of where you work. The dedicated interface eliminates duplicate entries of the same information and therefore, improves operational efficiency. In addition, although Cloud (SaaS) type products do not require dedicated local IT staff on the user side, they do require support from the vendor side by staff who are familiar with the local situation. Through this collaboration, the two companies will provide services from Singapore and Thailand, with focus on strong localized support, for companies in the ASEAN region.

The two companies are aiming to complete 50 implementations in Singapore & Thailand within 3 years.
